1. About Wild Garden Valley

Wild Garden Valley Naturals creates handcrafted natural skincare products in Repentance Creek, NSW at Quandong Valley Inn (Lot 8, 114 Maso Road, Repentance Creek NSW 2480). We use natural ingredients including grass-fed beef tallow, beeswax, essential oils, hydrosols, and botanical extracts to create products that nourish skin naturally.

 While we endeavor to keep renewing popular products, we cannot guarantee a product will always be available. If there's something you particularly love, please let us know so we can prioritise it in future production batches.

2. Payment Processing

All monetary transactions are processed through GoDaddy's secure payment system, which is reputable and secure. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that your payment will be handled through this third-party processor and you agree to their terms of service.

Alternative payment options: If you prefer direct deposit bank transfer, let me know. For cash payments or to avoid shipping/delivery fees, check my market stall page.

3. Product Availability & Small Batch Production

How We Work: Our products are handcrafted in small batches as they are created. This means:

• Products are uploaded in batches. Items become available on the website as each batch is completed.
• Out of stock items remain visible. Once a batch sells out, the product will be marked as unavailable but will remain listed on the site.
• Purchase by request. If you love a product that's currently unavailable, please contact us to request a fresh batch. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
• Product updates. We regularly review and may improve our formulations. Always check if there's a newer version of your favourite product with changes or improvements.
• Continued production. While we endeavour to keep renewing popular products, we cannot guarantee a product will always be available. If there's something you particularly love, please let us know so we can prioritise it in future production batches.

4. Product Information & Safety

Full Transparency: All ingredients are listed on each product page. Please review carefully before purchase, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.

Important Cautions:

• Some products contain ingredients with specific properties (e.g., our Mugwort Balm has emmenagogue properties and pregnant women should exercise caution).
• Always read product warnings and cautions before use.
• Patch test recommended. We strongly recommend conducting a patch test on a small area of skin before full application of any new product.

Natural Products: Our products contain natural ingredients and essential oils. While we use high-quality ingredients, individual reactions can vary. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

• Engage authentically. Bring your full self—wild ideas, honest thoughts, personal experiences welcome.
• Respect boundaries. Don't add me to commercial promotions I didn't seek out or have no relationship with.
• Be honest. Don't misrepresent our products or brand in ways that mislead others about what they are or what they do.
• Experiment freely. Feel free to experiment with, rework, or even improve on formulations based on our ingredient lists. Share what you discover if you like.

6. Product Liability & Usage

Use as intended:

• Use products as directed.
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
• Don't eat the products. They won't taste good, and although mostly natural, some ingredients are processed or synthetic (like preservatives such as Euxyl PE 9010).
• We are not liable for misuse of products.
