Product Availability & Small Batch Production
How We Work
Our products are handcrafted in small batches as they are created. This means:
- Products are uploaded in batches. Items become available on the website as each batch is completed.
- Product updates. We regularly review and may improve our formulations. Always check if there's a newer version of your favourite product with changes or improvements.
Product Information & Safety
- All ingredients are listed for each product. Please review carefully before purchase, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.
- Always read product warnings and cautions before use.
- Use products as directed.
Return and Refund Policy
At Wild Garden Valley Naturals, I make everything fresh in small batches using natural ingredients. I keep preservatives as low as possible—sometimes using natural options, sometimes going without, and occasionally using synthetic for best stability. Despite my best research and care, natural products can sometimes behave unpredictably.
Full refunds and replacements available for products that aren't right.
If anything seems off - whether it's the smell, texture, appearance, or anything else - I'll refund you in full. Just let me know.
If something doesn't match your expectations or you're not really happy with your purchase, please contact me and I'll make it right.
I am always available for honest conversation and finding a solid solution.

What I Do With Your Information
- I'll email you order confirmations and shipping updates.
- If you request it, I will send product updates, invites and deals. You can opt out anytime.
- I keep records for my own bookkeeping and tax purposes.
- I do not sell, share, or give your information to anyone else.
Payments
- Online payments are processed through Stripe's secure payment system. I never see or store your credit card details—Stripe handles all of that securely.

Your information is stored securely and only accessed by me for business purposes (sending products, responding to inquiries).
Your Rights
Request I delete your information. If you want your details removed, let me know and I'll delete what I can.
